- You will be scored by category. For example, if you successfully reproduce the representative phone number of a prefecture, ministry, or agency, you will be certified as being able to reproduce the representative phone number of a prefecture, ministry, or agency.
- Follow the order of "Ministries, Agencies, Bureaus, Cabinet Offices, Independent Agencies, Commissions." You cannot skip "Agencies" and provide an answer like "Ministries, Cabinet Offices."
- Reproduction of memories concerning only "fu" (prefectures) will not be recognized. It must be reproduction of memories concerning "fu" and "sho" (ministries) at a minimum.
- The time limit is 10 minutes.
- Please forgive us if there are any changes to our main phone number due to future changes in government agencies.
